Here's what we're looking for. Jeanie and I want people who will work hard, love their jobs and have fun too. It is important to us to provide health insurance and vacation time to our employees because working hard means needing to be healthy and rested, and that includes spending time with family.  We want our employees to look at SOL as a career. Someplace they can like going to every day and feel like they are making a difference for others and for themselves. Because that's how we feel about it.
